Subscription terms

The subscription

As a subscriber, you will receive your bookazine in continuous subscription, which means that the subscription continues until you actively choose to cancel it. The bookazine is published twice a year – at the end of March and at the end of September. You must be over 18 years old to sign up for a subscription. If you are under 18, it requires the consent of your parents or guardian.

Delivery terms

We strive to deliver your bookazine 2-3 business days after release, however there may be delays of up to 5 business days. If you want to complain about delivery of your bookazine, please notify Muusmann Forlag of this by contacting the publisher within 5 business days. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time using the log-in that you received when you subscribed and by contacting Muusmann Forlag by phone or e-mail. Please include order number, name and address in your inquiry. For further information, see the section “Contact Muusmann Forlag.

Payment

Payment is by credit card and you sign up for automatic card payment. Going forward, the payment of your subscription will automatically be deducted from your card, when each bookazine is sent. A receipt will be sent to your e-mail. 

You are responsible for updating your payment details if your credit card is blocked or expires. You can do this using your log-in.

In case of non-payment, you will receive a reminder with a fee by e-mail. Delivery abroad, including Greenland and the Faroe Islands are charged a postage that corresponds to our costs. 

Changes in address and credit card information

At www.muusmann-forlag/min konto/ you can update your address and credit card information.

You must inform us of change of address, at least 3 weeks before the changes become effective.

Changes and conditions

Price changes, fees and changes in subscription terms can occur due to inflation, changes in outside costs and production costs, changed legislation and changes in product and content.  

Cancellation

You have full right of withdrawal within 14 days after you receive the bookazine. If you wish to repent, please notify us that you wish to cancel the agreement by contacting Muusmann Forlag before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The return package should contain the bookazine in the same condition as at the time of shipment as well as either the original invoice or a copy. You will have to pay the cost of the return yourself. You will receive your refund as soon as possible and within 8-10 days after we have received the returned item. Processing of personal data

Your personal data is kept confidential and stored under secure conditions in accordance with applicable law. You have the right to access and correct your information at any time by contacting Muusmann Forlag. The information is used to manage your subscription, orders, payments and potentially for marketing purposes via e-mail to the extent permitted by law.
